Thank you for using Quicket, a ticketing and registration platform. By accessing or using Quicket, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Quicket.

1. Account Registration and Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

2. Event Registration and Ticket Purchases

2.1 Event Registration

Quicket facilitates the registration for various events. By registering for an event, you agree to comply with the event organizer's terms and any specific conditions associated with the event.

2.2 Ticket Purchases

When purchasing tickets through Quicket, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All ticket sales are final, and refunds are subject to the event organizer's policies.

3. User Content

3.1 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post or submit through Quicket. Do not post content that violates applicable laws, is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.

3.2 License

By submitting content on Quicket, you grant Coresoft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the submitted content.

4. Intellectual Property

Coresoft retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with Quicket. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Quicket, except as expressly authorized by Coresoft.

5. Limitation of Liability

Quicket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Quicket disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your use of Quicket.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of our Jurisdiction.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the law of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
