2. Event Registration and Ticket Purchases

2.1 Event Registration: Quicket facilitates the registration for various events. By registering for an event, you agree to comply with the event organizer's terms and any specific conditions associated with the event.

2.2 Ticket Purchases: When purchasing tickets through Quicket, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All ticket sales are final, and refunds are subject to the event organizer's policies.

3. User Content

3.1 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post or submit through Quicket. Do not post content that violates applicable laws, is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.

3.2 License: By submitting content on Quicket, you grant Coresoft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the submitted content.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: Coresoft retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with Quicket. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Quicket, except as expressly authorized by Coresoft.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer: Quicket is provided "as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Quicket disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your use of Quicket.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of our Jurisdiction.

6.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the law of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1 Modification: Quicket reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Quicket after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

While Quicket provides a platform for event registration and ticketing, individual event organizers may have their own policies regarding refunds, cancellations, ticket transfers, and other terms. In cases where an organizer's policy conflicts with Quicket's terms, the organizer's policy will take precedence.

It is your responsibility to review the event-specific terms and conditions provided by the organizer before making any purchases or registering for an event.
