Eligibility for Refunds
Event Cancellation
If an event for which you have purchased a ticket is canceled, you may be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price, subject to the availability of funds held by Quicket. If proceeds have already been disbursed to the organizer, Quicket will help you contact the organizer, but your refund claim is primarily against the organizer.
Event Postponement
If an event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may be eligible for a refund.
Change of Venue
Your ticket remains valid for the new location. Refunds will only be granted if you are unable to attend due to the venue change.
Personal Reasons
Tickets are non-refundable for personal reasons, including changes in schedule, illness, or other personal circumstances.
Refund Process
Organizer Responsibility
Once ticket sale proceeds have been disbursed to the event organizer, the organizer is responsible for processing refunds. Quicket will assist buyers in contacting the organizer but does not guarantee refunds for disbursed funds.
Request Timeline
Contact our support team at info@quicket.me within 3 days from the event cancellation or venue change notification.
Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your request.
