At Quicket, we value the satisfaction and trust of our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which ticket refunds will be processed. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing tickets from us. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with this policy.
2.1. Event Cancellation: If an event for which you have purchased a ticket is canceled, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
2.2. Event Postponement: If an event is postponed to a new date, your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms outlined in Section 3.
2.3. Change of Venue: In the event of a change of venue, your ticket will remain valid for the new location. Refunds will only be granted if you are unable to attend the event due to the change of venue, as specified in Section 3.
2.4. Personal Reasons: Tickets are non-refundable for personal reasons, including but not limited to changes in your schedule, illness, or other personal circumstances.
3.1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via [email protected] within 3 days from the date of the event cancellation or notification of your inability to attend due to a change of venue.
3.2.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your refund request and will be subject to any fees or conditions specified in this policy.
3.4. In the event that Quicket has already transferred the funds to the event organizer, the organizer will be responsible for processing the refund.
4.1. In the event of an event cancellation, we will make a reasonable effort to notify ticket holders via email or other contact information provided during the ticket purchase.
4.2. If the event is canceled, and you wish to obtain a refund, you must follow the refund process as outlined in Section 3.
