Deleting closes your account for good. Quicket and Quicket Studio use the same account, so this covers both. It cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- In the Quicket app
- Open the Profile tab, then Settings, then tap Delete account under Account.
- In the Quicket Studio app
- Open the menu, tap your name at the bottom to open Your account, then tap Delete account.
- On the website
- Sign in, open Profile, go to the Settings tab, and choose Delete my account under Danger zone.
- Cannot sign in?
- Email us and say which account you want deleted: info@quicket.me
To confirm, enter your current password. If your account has no password because you sign in with Google or Apple, you confirm without one.
Before you delete
- Tickets and bookings on this account will no longer be available to you. Save any QR codes you still need first.
- If you are the only admin of an organization that has other members, make someone else an admin first. Deleting is refused until you do.
- Deleting signs you out on every device.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address and username are replaced with placeholders, and your password stops working.
- Your phone number, date of birth, address, bio and profile picture are removed from your profile.
- Your Apple sign-in link, email address records, notification devices, and saved events and experiences are deleted.
- You are removed from every organization team you were on. The organizations and their events are not deleted.
- If you used Sidequests, your public profile is hidden, open attempts are withdrawn, and your proof photos and draw history are deleted.
What is kept
- Tickets, orders, bookings, refunds and payments are kept. They are financial records that the organizer and Quicket need to keep.
- These records can still show the name, email address and phone number given for that ticket or booking. They stay linked to the closed account, which can no longer be signed in to.
