Who it's for

Places and people who sell time. A turf or a badminton court by the hour, a spa by the treatment, a pool or a park by the day, a tour or a boat trip by the departure, a class by the seat. One place can sell several of these, shown as tabs on one page, and a guest can book more than one in a single checkout.

What you get

A floodlit football turf with a game in play at night
  • Time slots in a few clicks: pick the dates, the days and the start times, or import them from a spreadsheet

  • A capacity for each slot, capacity rules for busy days or seasons, and blackout dates when you're closed

  • Prices per person, per group or per unit, with weekend, holiday and date-range prices on top

  • Day passes, and passes that are good for a set number of visits

  • Add-ons like equipment hire or a meal, with stock limits

  • Coupons for one option or your whole place

  • A waitlist for full slots. When a place opens up, the people waiting get an email

  • Reminder emails to guests a day before and two hours before

  • Instant confirmation: a booking is confirmed as soon as it's paid, with one QR code for check-in

Your cancellation rules

Each option has its own refund tiers, counted back from the start time. For example: a full refund up to 24 hours before, half up to 4 hours before, nothing after that. Guests cancel from their confirmation, and a single booking can be moved to another time before your full-refund cutoff. You can also cancel from your side and refund in full or in part. Our team returns the money to the guest, less a 5% refund processing charge.

Bookings on your own website

Copy one short snippet from the Integration screen into your website. It adds a Book now button in your colour, and the booking opens in a window on top of your page, so guests book and pay without leaving your site. You can also share your Quicket page link anywhere, from Facebook to WhatsApp.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create your account

Sign up as an organizer and set up your organization.

  2. 2

    Set up your place

Add what you sell, like a court, a treatment or a tour, with prices, durations and cancellation rules. Or describe your place and let the AI draft it.

  3. 3

    Open your calendar

Build your slots and capacity, add the days you're closed, and preview your booking page.

  4. 4

    Go live

Once our team approves your first listing, share the link or add the widget to your website.

What it costs

Quicket earns a percentage of each paid booking, in two parts: a service fee the guest sees before paying, and a commission on what you sell. Your rates are agreed with your organization and show in your place's setup. If you charge tax, set a tax rate on your place and it's added at checkout.

Every booking, fee and refund is written to a ledger for your place. The Money page shows what you've earned and what you're owed, and your bookings download as CSV.

How your buyers pay

  • Bangladesh, in taka

bKash, Pathao Pay, and debit and credit cards through SSLCommerz.

  • Thailand, in baht

PromptPay, mobile banking and cards, through Beam and Omise.

Card payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment gateways (SSLCommerz in Bangladesh, Beam and Omise in Thailand). Quicket never stores card numbers.

Your organizer dashboard

Your calendar, your guests and your numbers, in one place.

  • A Today screen with who's arriving, and a calendar by day, week or month

  • All your bookings, with search and CSV download

  • Walk-in bookings at your counter, on the same calendar as online ones

  • Reports: your busiest days and hours, top options, revenue, and where bookings came from

  • An audience list of everyone who has booked with you

  • Guest reviews

  • Scanner staff added by email, each with their own permissions

  • A Money page with every sale, fee and refund

Quicket Studio, on your phone

Quicket Studio is the organizer app for iPhone and Android. Run the day from your phone.

  • See today's arrivals and check guests in

  • Take walk-in bookings at the counter

  • Look through bookings, the calendar and your reports

  • Edit options, slots and prices away from your laptop

The assistant and the API

The organizer assistant sits inside your dashboard. Ask how bookings are going and it answers from your own data. It can also do setup work for you, like adding options, opening slots, blocking dates or changing capacity, and it suggests price changes for you to approve. Every change is checked against your permissions and logged.

If you run your own website or systems, the Integrations API lets them read and manage your listings, using API keys you create in your settings. Each key only gets the permissions you give it. The same keys work with our MCP server, so AI tools you already use can read your data.

Common questions

What stops two people booking the last place?

A place is held for 15 minutes from the moment it goes into a guest's basket, and every sale is checked against the slot's capacity when it's paid. If the guest doesn't pay, the place goes back on sale.

I have four courts. How should I set them up?

If guests pick a court, add each court as its own option with its own slots. If they don't need to, use one option with a capacity of four for each slot.

What does a guest get back when they cancel?

Whatever your tiers for that option say, based on how close to the start they cancel. The service fee they paid Quicket isn't refunded, and a 5% refund processing charge is taken off the refund. Refunds are recorded in your dashboard, and our team returns the money to the guest.

Can guests pay a deposit and the rest on arrival?

Not yet. Every booking is paid in full at checkout.

Can I sell memberships?

Yes, for passes, classes and time slots: monthly, quarterly, every six months, yearly or one-off, and a membership can be frozen and resumed. Renewals are done by you. There's no automatic recurring billing yet.

What about people who just walk in?

Take them at the counter, on the dashboard or in Studio. It makes a real booking on the same calendar, marked as paid in person.

Ready to host?

Create your organizer account, add your place, and open your calendar.

You can set up and draft straight away. Selling and payouts open once our team approves your first event or experience. After that, new listings go live in minutes.
