Before you start
- A bKash account with enough balance for the tickets.
- The phone with that bKash number nearby, so you can receive the verification code (OTP).
- About 10 minutes. Your tickets are held for you that long while you pay.
Buy a ticket and pay with bKash
Step 1: Open the event
Find the event on quicket.me or in the Quicket app and open its page. Check the date, the venue and the ticket types.
Step 2: Choose your tickets
Pick a ticket type and how many you want. Some events also ask you to pick a seat on the venue map, or to add attendee or team details.
Step 3: Check your cart
Your tickets are now held for 10 minutes and a countdown on the cart shows the time left. Add your name, email and phone number so your tickets reach you.
Step 4: Choose bKash
In the payment options, choose bKash and continue. If bKash is the only option for the event, it is already selected.
Step 5: Enter your bKash number
You are taken to bKash's own payment page. Type the bKash account number you want to pay from.
Step 6: Confirm with the code and your PIN
bKash sends a verification code (OTP) by SMS to that number. Enter it, then enter your bKash PIN to approve the payment. You type these on bKash's page only. Quicket never asks for your PIN.
Step 7: Wait for the confirmation
After bKash approves the payment, you come back to Quicket. The confirmation page checks your payment and shows "Payment received" when the order is done. Keep it open until then.
Step 8: Get your QR ticket
Your ticket has a QR code. You will find it under Passes in your profile and in the Quicket app, and we also email it to you as a PDF. Show the QR code at the gate.

Other ways to pay
bKash is not the only option. The payment methods you see at checkout depend on what the organizer has turned on for that event.
Pathao Pay
Choose Pathao Pay at checkout, approve the payment in Pathao Pay, and you come back to the same confirmation page.
Cards and others
Choose "Cards & Others" to pay with a debit or credit card or another option on the secure SSLCommerz payment page.
If something goes wrong
Most payment problems have a simple fix. Here is what to do in the common cases.
Money was deducted but there is no ticket
Don't pay again. Give the confirmation page a few minutes, then check Passes and your email. If there is still no ticket, contact support with your bKash transaction ID (TrxID), the number you paid from, the event name and the time of payment.
The cart timer ran out
Tickets are held for 10 minutes. When the timer ends, they go back on sale and you need to add them to your cart again from the event page.
I entered the wrong bKash number
The code goes to the number you typed, so the payment cannot finish. Cancel on the bKash page, go back to your cart while the timer is still running, and choose bKash again with the right number.
The payment failed or was cancelled
You will see "Payment not completed" with a button back to your cart. Your tickets stay held until the timer ends. Check your balance, OTP and PIN, then try again.
Common questions
Do I need a Quicket account to pay with bKash?
No. You can check out as a guest with your name, email and phone number. If you log in with Google, Apple or a one-time email code, all your tickets stay together in your profile.
How long are my tickets held while I pay?
10 minutes from the moment they go in your cart. The countdown on the cart shows how much time is left. After that, the tickets go back on sale.
Is it safe to enter my bKash PIN?
You enter your OTP and PIN only on bKash's own payment page, not on Quicket. Quicket never asks for them. Never share your OTP or PIN with anyone by phone or message.
bKash took the money but I didn't get a ticket. What now?
Don't pay a second time. Check Passes in your profile and your email first. If the ticket is not there, contact support@quicket.me with your bKash TrxID, the number you paid from and the event name, and we will look into it.
Where do I find my ticket after paying?
Under Passes in your profile on quicket.me or in the Quicket app, and in the email with your PDF ticket. If you checked out as a guest, open Secure Pass and verify with your email or phone to see your tickets.
Can I pay with Pathao Pay or a card instead?
Yes, if the organizer has turned them on for the event. Pathao Pay and "Cards & Others" appear next to bKash in the payment options at checkout.
Can I get a refund on a ticket I paid for with bKash?
Refunds depend on the event's refund policy, not on how you paid. You apply for one from your order in the Quicket app. Our refund guide shows each step.
Still stuck?
Our support team can check a payment for you. Have your bKash TrxID and the event name ready.
