A deeply calming experience where recovery therapy and immersive sound healing come together. This is not just a sound bath. We combine red light recovery therapy together with healing sound frequencies so you can receive two styles of recovery at the same time, both mentally and physically. While the sound helps guide the mind into deep calm and emotional stillness, the red light gently supports the body on a cellular level by helping circulation, easing muscle tension, reducing inflammation, and encouraging natural recovery and restoration. The session begins with 30 mins of red light therapy while you lie down on a healing mat surrounded by immersive sound designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. After the red light therapy finishes, the session continues with sound healing that allows you to fully let go, slow down, and settle into deep relaxation. The entire room glows in warm red tones to create a womb like atmosphere that signals safety and comfort to the nervous system. The eyes soften. The breath slows. The whole body begins to unwind. This session is especially supportive if you feel tired, overwhelmed, mentally drained, sore, anxious, or simply in need of effortless recovery. You do not need to do anything. Simply lie down and receive good energy, healing frequencies, and restorative red light. Multiple sessions – weekends Saturday and Sunday depending on the week, from June 6 to June 27, 2026. Each session runs 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm. Please arrive at least 10 mins before the session time. If you arrive late, the session may have started and the door to the studio may be locked. Tickets: - 990 THB (Early Bird before Friday) - 1,200 THB (Walk-in) Limited strictly to 8 participants only. Due to children’s nervous systems being more sensitive and the immersive nature of the session, we recommend the experience for ages 12 and above. For pregnant guests, we kindly recommend consulting your doctor before participating. Parking available at EZPark Thonglor.
