Red Light Sound Healing

About

Red Light Sound Healing is a session organized by Red Light Sound that combines red light recovery therapy with immersive sound healing. Participants lie down on a healing mat and receive both red light therapy and healing sound frequencies simultaneously, supporting mental and physical recovery. The session begins with 30 minutes of red light therapy while lying on a healing mat surrounded by immersive sound designed to calm the nervous system. After the red light therapy finishes, the session continues with sound healing to allow deep relaxation. The room glows in warm red tones throughout. The session is intended for people who feel tired, overwhelmed, mentally drained, sore, anxious, or in need of effortless recovery. No active participation is required; participants simply lie down and receive the therapy. Multiple sessions are held on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, depending on the week). Each session runs from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session time; if you arrive late, the session may have started and the studio door may be locked.
