Terms & Conditions: Tickets & Wristbands: Ticket will be redeemed once only at gate for a wristband in order to gain entry. Wristbands must be worn for the entire duration of the event. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable, non-replaceable, and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchase through an authorized point of sale. If a fraudulent ticket is presented, the matter will be referred to the police. When arriving at the gate, please either have your printed e-ticket or confirmation email opened and ready to be scanned on your device to exchange for a wristband to access the event. Age Policy: Strictly 20+ venue. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry. Guests under 20 years old will not be permitted to enter under any circumstances. Weather Policy: Barra Cuda is a rain-or-shine venue — Events will proceed as scheduled unless management decides otherwise due to severe weather conditions (e.g., storms). In the event of severe weather or natural conditions that prevent the event from taking place, tickets will be converted into F&B credit redeemable at the venue. Payment & Refund Policy: All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. In case of rain or natural events that prevent the event from taking place, our company will change your ticket into a credit for F&B.
