Welcome to the World of Happy Puppy Yoga in Bangkok. Puppy Yoga is a gentle yoga session in the company of friendly and playful puppies. It’s a joyful way to relax, stretch, and connect with positive energy while helping puppies develop confidence and social skills in a calm, loving environment. Our Gentle Hatha Yoga classes are designed for all levels — focusing on soft stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation. Each session includes 45 minutes of yoga practice followed by 15–20 minutes of playtime with the puppies — a perfect time for cuddles, photos, and happy moments! Our project collaborates with several trusted shelters across Bangkok. We offer three ways to support our mission: • Adopt — find your future best friend with us • Become a Guardian — sponsor a puppy’s care and well-being • Make a Donation — contribute to the shelters we support Age Policy: Please note that children must be 8 years or older to participate in Puppy Yoga sessions. Parking & Facilities: Parking for cars and scooters is available. Luggage storage is available during your session. Toilets, a place to wash your hands, mineral water, and yoga mats are provided. Ticket Policy: All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are only available if the session is canceled by the organizer. Please treat your tickets like cash — lost tickets cannot be replaced.
