The yoga is Gentle Hatha Yoga suitable for all levels, focusing on soft stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation. Each session includes: - 45 minutes of yoga practice - 15–20 minutes of playtime with the puppies (for cuddles, photos, and happy moments) Children must be 8 years or older to participate. The project collaborates with several trusted shelters across Bangkok.
