Join Rogen for a dynamic and fast-paced vinyasa class designed to improve both physical and mental well-being. This class is multi-movement and focuses on various aspects of flexibility, ranging from active mobility and dynamic stretching to passive holds. There is a strong emphasis on strength and awareness. Rogen's classes are known to be strong and will challenge participants physically and mentally. This session is specifically tailored for those at an Intermediate to Advanced level.
