About

Experience a refined expression of spring at Blue by Alain Ducasse, a Michelin-starred restaurant located in ICONSIAM. Under the direction of Executive Chef Evens López, the menu reflects a deep respect for seasonal ingredients, elevated through refined French technique and a thoughtful, expressive approach. Each ingredient is revealed at its finest moment, crafted with precision in harmony with nature’s rhythm. Featured seasonal highlights include Brown crab with Kristal caviar, Norwegian langoustine with bisque, and Dry-aged monkfish à la meunière. Guests can choose from three distinct dining journeys: - 7-Course Experience: A complete, immersive journey through the season — layered, immersive, and deeply expressive. - 5-Course Experience: A refined and balanced progression of seasonal creations. - 3-Course Experience (Business Lunch): A concise seasonal experience designed for midday dining. Blue by Alain Ducasse has held one Michelin star for six consecutive years since 2019 and offers a panoramic view of the Chao Phraya River. The restaurant's design has been honored by Le France Design 100 and Interior Design’s Best of the Year in the Fine Dining category. Please note that while the culinary team can adapt to most allergies and dietary preferences, they are currently unable to accommodate vegan menus.
