The Celestial Peacock Mooncake Collection is available at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport for the Mid-Autumn Festival. The collection is inspired by the peacock, a symbol of prosperity and good fortune in Eastern tradition, and the peony, the Queen of Flowers, representing abundance and lasting happiness. The mooncakes are crafted by Chef Salee of Golden Village, preserving authentic Chinese flavours through traditional techniques. Each piece is hand-shaped and finished with carved wooden moulds.
