Red Light Pilates is a Pilates class that combines mindful movement, controlled strengthening and deep core activation with the soothing experience of red light therapy. Participants flow through a full body sequence designed to build strength, improve body awareness and leave them feeling grounded and recharged. The class is guided by @tina_pilatessquad. The red light mat creates a warm, calming environment while supporting circulation and the body's natural recovery process. Benefits of the class include: strengthening your core, improving mobility and body awareness, supporting natural recovery, and moving, breathing and resetting.
