The Eighth Sin is a 3-hour immersive gastronomic show where dinner becomes part of the performance. Your experience includes a full multi-course dinner, beginning with an aperitif and theatrical introduction and continuing through a series of characters, stories, music and visual performances. Each course reveals another aspect of human nature, inspired by the seven deadly sins. As the story unfolds, every dish becomes part of the performance. And at the end, one final secret awaits: What is the Eighth Sin? The Gastronomic Journey - Champagne Crimes & First Page: Vodka, green tea umeshu and shiso cocktail with a crispy “page” of truffle cream, compressed apple and salt-and-ash baked parsnip. - Pride: Gold-leaf beef tartare with wasabi-basil cream and black and red caviar. - Golden Cage: Crispy crab tartlet with lime-lemongrass cream and kaffir lime caviar. - Altar of Desire: Golden-seared sea scallop with seaweed and shiso glaze, smoked carrot and mandarin gel. - Mirror Room: Sculptural chicken liver pâté inspired by Michelangelo’s David, with orange chutney, ash bread and sunflower seed brittle. - The Last Supper: Squid and shrimp mousse, seared scallops, Kombu Beurre Blanc and apple sorbet. - The Abyss: Blood orange sorbet with grapes, fresh cucumber and Cava/Prosecco gel. - Flame: Sous-vide duck breast in banana leaf with a salt-and-ash crust, parsnip cream and port wine sauce. - Hypocrisy: Brie cream with truffle honey, honey caviar, berries and delicate wafer butterflies. - Slander: A finale of four exotic sorbets: mango-ginger, lychee-jasmine, coconut-lime and blood orange. - Oblivion: Baileys mousse with coffee bean-whiskey ganache.
