Each mooncake is thoughtfully created to deliver refined flavours, elegant presentation, and meaningful gifting. The gift box echoes the graceful form of the chrysanthemum — symbolising longevity, prosperity, and happiness — adorned with peony motifs representing honour and abundance, and a signature rabbit ear-inspired handle paying tribute to the Mid-Autumn legend. Six Handcrafted Flavours: - Black Sesame with Egg Yolk: Rich roasted black sesame with a deep nutty aroma, complemented by the savoury richness of salted egg yolk. - Lotus Paste with Egg Yolk: Smooth lotus seed paste paired with golden salted egg yolk, symbolising harmony, reunion, and Mid-Autumn traditions. - Five Kernel: A traditional Cantonese mooncake filled with premium nuts and seeds, representing abundance and family unity. - Red Bean: Velvety red bean paste with natural sweetness, inspired by classic Chinese pastry traditions. - Spirulina: A contemporary mooncake featuring wellness-inspired ingredients and a lighter, more modern flavour profile. - Coffee: A modern mooncake crafted with aromatic coffee notes and a smooth, balanced filling.
