Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. • Entry & Event Timings: - Venue gates open at 9:00 AM. - Attendees must arrive by 9:00 AM for check-in and security clearance. - The full-fledged event starts promptly at 10:00 AM. • Seating Policy: - Early Bird & General Tickets: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. - Golden Ticket (VIP): Reserved front-row seats will be held until 10:15 AM, after which seating may be reassigned. • Access to Benefits – Goodie bags, giveaways, and other inclusions are only available on event day and must be collected in person. • Meet & Greet (VIP) – The Meet & Greet session is exclusively for Golden Ticket holders and will be conducted at a designated time during the event. • Security Check – All attendees are subject to security screening at the entrance.
