Events proceed as scheduled unless management decides otherwise due to severe weather conditions. In case of severe weather or natural events that prevent the event from taking place, tickets will be converted into F&B credit redeemable at the venue. Payment & Refund policy: All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Tickets are non-transferable, non-replaceable, and non-refundable. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or not purchased through an authorized point of sale. Present printed e-ticket or confirmation email for scanning at the gate to receive a wristband.
