Summer Flow 2026 is a two-day wellness festival taking place on August 21–22, 2026, at Gulshan Shooting Club (Convention Hall), BSSF Convention Hall, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh. The event runs from 04:00 UTC on August 21 to 14:00 UTC on August 22. It is Bangladesh's leading wellness festival, open to anyone seeking balance, joy, and a deeper sense of self. The festival is built around four pillars: Move, Create, Connect, and Heal. Attendees can move through yoga, dance, and embodied practices that awaken the body and restore energy. They can create through art, music, and creative expression as pathways to healing and self-discovery. They can connect with a community of practitioners, artists, and fellow seekers through shared experiences that remind us we belong. They can heal through mindfulness, breathwork, and holistic wellness for body and mind.
