Lead Forward is the opening event of Working Women Bangladesh's three-month Career-to-Capital Pilot - designed for women already working in, entering or aspiring to lead within STEM and technology-enabled businesses or businesses in general. This event is for Women Only! Applying is free. All applications go through a verification process. Once verified, you'll receive a payment link by email to complete your purchase: BDT 850 early bird; BDT 1,000 after the early bird ends. Led by Adeba Islam, Co-founder of Zolo Inc, and Samiha Tahsin, Head of Product & Growth at SocialSquare, the session will translate lived experience across business-building, product, growth, and leadership into practical guidance participants can apply to their own careers and ventures, be it STEM or not. Tania Ashraf, founder of EGIYE BD, will complement the conversation with a focused lens on mentorship, leadership confidence, decision-making, and professional identity, basically the soft skills to excel. Terms and Conditions: • Single Entry: Each ticket is valid for one person only. • Prohibited Items: Bringing alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vapes, toxins, weapons, or any harmful items into or around the venue is strictly prohibited. • Electronic Devices: Speakers, power banks, chargers, and other electrical equipment are not allowed inside the venue. • Security Rights: The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone who poses a security risk or causes disturbance. • Security Checks: Attendees may be subject to security searches at any time. • Photography Policy: Only official event photographers are allowed to use professional cameras. • Surveillance Notice: The venue is monitored by CCTV and video recording systems. • Personal Belongings: The organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. • Restricted Objects: Sharp or pointed items that could be used as weapons are strictly forbidden. • Policy Enforcement: Any violation of these rules will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
