About
Jaataa Open Mic brings 10 comics to the stage, each performing for 7 minutes. Some are fresh, some are polished; all are tested live on one mic. The event is an open mic where jokes are born, shaped, and sometimes completely fall apart in the best way possible. It is described as a front-row seat to the process: audiences see the first attempt, the tweak, the pause, and the risk, and witness what works and what absolutely doesn’t. Some moments will be brilliant, some chaotic. You might laugh with the performer or at them; either way, laughter is guaranteed. Step into the notebook of comedians and hear the freshest jokes in the scene before they make it big… or disappear forever. One mic, unlimited possibilities. Tickets are BDT 200. The event is scheduled to start at 13:30 UTC on 3 November 2026. Venue: Lapostrophe, Plot 2, M&S House by Innstar, Block H Road No. 11, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh.
