Event Policies
1. Entry & Tickets
Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket purchased from our official ticketing partner (Quicket).
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Re-entry to the event is allowed only with a valid seal provided at registration.
2. Code of Conduct
This is a family-friendly event — respectful behavior is expected from all attendees.
Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Cosplay is encouraged, but prop weapons must be made of safe materials (foam, plastic) and will be checked at the entrance.
No real weapons, sharp objects, or illegal substances are allowed.
3. Photography & Media
By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed by our official media team.
These photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, press).
