Entry & Ticketing

• All attendees must be 18+

• Valid ticket or authorized pass required.

• Photo ID must be shown at entry.

• All sales final — no refunds or changes.

• Tickets transferable only with organizer approval.

• Wristbands required at all times; lost/damaged not replaced.

• Re-entry allowed only with intact wristband.

• Entry may be denied for rule violations — no refunds

  
  Code of Conduct & Safety

• Respect staff, performers, and guests.

• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

• Abusive, violent, or illegal acts = removal without refund.

• No weapons, drugs, hazardous items, or glass containers.

• No outside food or drinks.

• Security checks may apply; refusal = denied entry.
  
  Media & Photography

• Personal cameras allowed.

• Professional gear/drones need prior approval.

• Attendees consent to being filmed/photographed for promotion
  
  Program, Schedule & Lineup

• Lineup, schedule, and program may change without notice.

• No refunds for changes.
  
  Event Cancellation / Force Majeure

• Festival may be postponed/canceled due to weather, disaster, unrest, restrictions, or other force majeure.

• Tickets valid for rescheduled date or next annual event.

• Refunds, if any, at organizer’s discretion.
  
  Liability & Responsibility

• Attendees responsible for their belongings and safety.

• Organizers not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Organizers may refuse entry or remove attendees for safety/legal reasons.
  
  Environmental Responsibility

• Dispose of waste in bins; follow recycling rules.

• Respect natural environment and host community.
