Event Policies
- Admission: All attendees need valid tickets. Children under 12 require adult supervision.
- Cosplay: Costumes and performances must adhere to safety and respect guidelines. No harmful or offensive content.
- Security: Security personnel will maintain order. Attendees must cooperate and follow safety measures.
- Harassment: Zero-tolerance policy for harassment and bullying. Report incidents immediately.
- Substance: Illegal substances strictly prohibited. Offenders reported to law enforcement.
- Photography: Attendees may take photos/videos for personal use, respecting privacy.
- Lost and Found: Designated area for lost items. Organizers not responsible for losses.
- Refund Policy: Non-refundable tickets, except for event cancellation.
- Conduct: Respectful behavior expected from all attendees.
- Medical Assistance: Medical personnel available for emergencies. Notify staff if assistance needed.
- Environmental Responsibility: Use designated bins for trash/recycling. Respect venue and surroundings.
