Chatrium Mid-Autumn Mooncake Collection 2026 is a seasonal mooncake offering crafted by Michelin-Starred Chef Ho Chee Boon. Inspired by Cantonese culinary heritage and contemporary craftsmanship, each mooncake is designed for refined flavours, elegant presentation, and meaningful gifting. The gift box echoes the graceful form of the chrysanthemum — symbolising longevity, prosperity, and happiness — adorned with peony motifs representing honour and abundance, and a signature rabbit ear-inspired handle paying tribute to the Mid-Autumn legend. The collection is available from 1 August to 25 September 2026, with pick-up from 3 August 2026 onwards. Six handcrafted flavours are available: - Black Sesame with Egg Yolk: rich roasted black sesame with a deep nutty aroma, complemented by the savoury richness of salted egg yolk. - Lotus Paste with Egg Yolk: smooth lotus seed paste paired with golden salted egg yolk, symbolising harmony, reunion, and Mid-Autumn traditions. - Five Kernel: a traditional Cantonese mooncake filled with premium nuts and seeds, representing abundance and family unity. - Red Bean: velvety red bean paste with natural sweetness, inspired by classic Chinese pastry traditions. - Spirulina: a contemporary mooncake featuring wellness-inspired ingredients and a lighter, more modern flavour profile. - Coffee: a modern mooncake crafted with aromatic coffee notes and a smooth, balanced filling.
