Tobuo Jege Uthi (তবুও জেগে উঠি) is a postdramatic theatre production created in 2024. It is a dialogue-free performance that uses the actors' bodies, movement, and choreography to tell the story of women's experiences, struggles, strength, and resistance. The play explores the societal norms, boundaries, and expectations imposed on women from birth, and how they repeatedly rise up. The performance returns to the stage with the following schedule: - 15 August (Saturday) at 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM - 16 August (Sunday) at 7:30 PM Venue: Studio Theater, Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy Address: 14, 3 Segun Bagicha Rd, Dhaka 1000, Bangladesh Tickets: 300 BDT each.
