The Quiet Page is a 90-minute guided writing and creative release experience by Purple Poetry Dhaka—a quiet, intimate space to slow down, reflect, write freely, and make room for what follows. For this Founding Circle, participants are gently guided through a series of writing and creative exercises: putting into words what has been taking up space inside them, exploring feelings through colour, and creating a simple ritual of release. No writing or art background is required, and participants do not have to share what they write. There is no right or wrong way to participate. What to Expect: - Guided reflective writing exercises - Creative expression through colour - A quiet and intimate setting - Paper, writing materials and art supplies provided by Purple Poetry - A private, non-judgmental space for personal reflection - A symbolic creative release ritual at the end of the session A Note on Wellbeing: The Quiet Page is a creative writing and art-based reflective experience. The session is designed for creative self-expression and personal reflection, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide professional care for any mental health condition.
