Acknowledgement for Microsoft Office Specialist Bangladesh Championship 2025 Registration

By submitting my registration for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Bangladesh Championship 2025 (the “Contest”), I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Binding Agreement:

   • I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the official rules and guidelines of the Contest.
   • I understand that non-compliance with these rules will result in my immediate disqualification.

2. Eligibility Confirmation:

   • I confirm that I meet the eligibility criteria, including age, nationality, and student status, as outlined in the official rules.
   • I understand that proof of eligibility may be requested, and failure to provide valid documentation will result in disqualification.

3. Registration Policy:

   • I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable and category changes are not allowed after confirmation.
   • I acknowledge that I may register for multiple categories but must pay separately for each, and I can only compete in one category in the National Round if I qualify for multiple categories.

4. Competition Structure:

   • I understand that all rounds (Campus, National, and Final) require mandatory in-person attendance at designated venues.
   • I agree to adhere to the rules of fair play, accept decisions made by the organizers, and understand that cheating or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.

5. Technical and Travel Requirements:

   • I confirm that I have access to Microsoft Office 2019 for training and preparation.
   • If selected as a National Champion, I agree to represent Bangladesh at the MOS World Championship in the USA and comply with visa and travel regulations.

6. Prizes and Responsibilities:

   • I understand that winners are responsible for any tax liabilities under Bangladeshi law.

7. Force Majeure and Modifications:

   • I acknowledge that the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the Contest in case of unforeseen circumstances.

8. Data Privacy and Intellectual Property:

   • I consent to the use of my personal data for purposes related to the Contest, in compliance with Bangladesh’s Digital Security Act 2018.
   • I grant organizers the non-exclusive right to use event-related materials for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Legal and Dispute Resolution:

   • I understand that all disputes will be governed by Bangladeshi law and resolved in Dhaka courts.
