Thank you for using Quicket, a ticketing and registration platform. In Bangladesh, Quicket is operated by Coresoft. In Thailand, Quicket is operated by Quicket (Thailand) Co Ltd. By accessing or using Quicket, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Quicket.
1. Account Registration and Use
1.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of Quicket, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
1.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
2. Platform Role
Quicket operates as a marketplace and technology platform. Event organizers are the sellers or service providers for their events. When you buy a ticket or register for an event, your agreement for the event itself is with the organizer. Quicket processes payments on behalf of organizers and is not a party to the contract between you and the organizer for attendance, refunds, or event performance, except as described in these Terms and our Refund Policy.
Quicket provides ticketing, registration, and related tools such as gate check-in. Quicket does not control the venue, conditions onsite, ,how the organizer produces or runs the event. Issues arising from your experience at the venue or from the organizer's conduct should be directed to the organizer, as the services of Quicket end at ticketing.
3. Payments, Payouts, and Organizer Obligations
Ticket and registration proceeds may be disbursed to organizers on a rolling schedule (for example, weekly), after fees and adjustments. Once amounts have been paid out to an organizer, primary responsibility for refunding those ticket or registration amounts typically rests with that organizer, subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy.
Organizers are responsible for delivering their events, honoring their stated policies, handling cancellations and postponements, and funding refunds for proceeds that have already been disbursed to them where required.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a payment is disputed or charged back, Quicket may work with payment partners and organizers as needed. Quicket may offset or recover amounts from future payouts, organizer wallet balances, or other amounts owed to the organizer, as permitted by law and our agreements with organizers.
Ticket buyers should first try to resolve refund and event issues with the organizer. Quicket may help facilitate communication but does not guarantee any particular outcome and is not an insurer of organizer performance.
5. Event Cancellation and Postponement
Quicket is not liable for cancellations, postponements, or changes made by organizers or venues. Refunds and remedies depend on applicable law, the organizer's policies, fund availability on the platform, and our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms guarantees that funds will remain on the platform after payouts to organizers.
6. Event Registration and Ticket Purchases
6.1 Event Registration
Quicket facilitates the registration for various events. By registering for an event, you agree to comply with the event organizer's terms and any specific conditions associated with the event.
6.2 Ticket Purchases
When purchasing tickets through Quicket, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All ticket sales are final unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Refund Policy or the organizer's policies.
7. User Content
7.1 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you post or submit through Quicket. Do not post content that violates applicable laws, is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.
7.2 License
By submitting content on Quicket, you grant Coresoft and Quicket (Thailand) Co Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the submitted content.
8. Intellectual Property
Coresoft and Quicket (Thailand) Co Ltd. retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with Quicket. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Quicket, except as expressly authorized by them.
9. Limitation of Liability
Quicket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except where prohibited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quicket, Coresoft, and Quicket (Thailand) Co Ltd. disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or any event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the law of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
