Policies & Guidelines

  • Valid ticket/registration required for entry

  • Non-refundable tickets (unless event is cancelled/rescheduled)

  • Late entry may be restricted until a suitable break

  • Mobile phones must be on silent mode

  • No photography, video recording, or live streaming with flash during the performance

  • Maintain respectful and quiet behavior during the show

  • Seat changes during performance are discouraged

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult

  • Follow all venue safety guidelines and staff instructions

  • Organizer reserves the right to deny entry for misconduct

  • Organizer not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings
